GAZA, Dec. 19 (Xinhuanet) -- An unmanned Israeli aircraft fired at least
three missiles at a group of Palestinians in Jabalya refugee camp in northern
Gaza on early Sunday, Palestinian officials said.
According to medics, a number of residents were lightly injured and were all taken to
hospitals for treatment.
The airstrike came hours after Palestinian militants fired three rockets
into the southern Israeli city of Sderot.
Ezel Din Al Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, claimed
responsibility for the attack.
Israel Radio reported that three Israelis were lightly wounded by rocket
shrapnel and suffered from shock when one of the Qassam rockets hit a main
intersection in the city.
The radio added that a chicken coop was damaged in the attack.
