BEIJING, Dec. 10 (Xinhuanet) -- Day Three of the Tiger Cup saw Indonesia held to a goalless draw by Singapore while Vietnam got their campaign back on track with a crushing 9-1 victory over Cambodia.

Both Indonesia and Singapore neutralised each other in a forgettable first half, although Indonesia came under pressure several times, China Radio International reported Friday.

Indonesia, who thrashed Laos 6-0 in their opening game, found their rhythm after the break but failed to convert any of their numerous chances against Singapore, who remain unbeaten.

The result leaves Indonesia on four points at the top of Group A, level with Vietnam, who they meet on Saturday in a game which is likely to decide who tops the group.

Singapore, having drawn with both Indonesia and Vietnam, the two strongest sides in the group, now face Laos and Cambodia, the two minnows of the group, and will be hoping they too can advance to the semi-finals in second place in the group.

In another match held later, Vietnman, tournament co-hosts along with Malaysia got their Tiger Cup campaing back on trach as they slaughter the helpless Cambodia 9-1, including seven second half goals.

Striker Le Cong Vinh, man of the match, put on a spectacular show of hat-trick as he found the net three times for the hosts. Substitute Dang Van Thanh added two while Nguyen Huy Hoan contributed an acrobatic scissor kick.
